Once the confidence goes, the currency goes. Hedging against the fall of a currency is MUST. Ask Argentinians: the ones who hedged against the hyperinflation of their own currency should still be relatively alright. Same for the Turks.
As a European I feel like we are next with the euro. I legit don't see how we are going to be able to stand our ground in a multipolar world with trade wars and broken supply chains. Printing money to be able to buy increasingly expensive products outside of Europe seems like the only way out.
